YIKES!!!!

UGH out of all the weeks I have done my very best this past week and I only lost one stinkin pound!!!! I eat less than 1000 most days and crap if that didn't help. But it will be okay. I will get there one day!

Start weight: 148
last week : 138
This Week: 137
total loss: 11 pds.

so maybe your body is "used" to what you're doing. I found that that is what the problem was for me.

It makes sense to me...diets like Weight Watchers have bonus points that are optional to use during the week. I found (when I was doing WW) that the weeks I used my bonus points say on Friday (date night) and ONLY on that night I lost more weight...eating more calories just that one day sort of rebooted my brain/body. Does this make sense?

I DEF. understand what you are saying because when I do the diet right I tend to lose less weight. I think that I will eat HAMBURGERS AND FF all week and see what happens!!! NOT!!! No really this week I am eating pretty normal because I was tired of the diet, now I just have to wait till monday to see how terrible the weigh in will be!!! Thanks Girl!
