2008 Year in Pictures......

So I thought I would share with you all some of my favorite pictures of Drake from 2008!!! ENJOY!!!

New Years Resolutions.................

First of all let me tell you that its not fun trying to put into order all of the things that you need to get done and you know only about 2 of them will get accomplished.
So here we go.....

1. Start more learning activities at home with Drake(he does a lot at school but I need to boost him along, but for an almost 2 yr old he sure talks a bunch.)

2. Clean out some Major UN-needed JUNK from inside my house.

3. RE-Decorate Drake's Room and put up his Full size bed(now I have to get a new bedspread....something to think about or even blog about)

4. Loose about 15 pounds, maybe not even that much just need to tone up the fat I have! LOL

5. I am going to start walking with my sister on Jan. 5Th and I would really like to stick with this. This might help me loose the weight.

Christmas Pictures.......part 2

So Drake had a good little Christmas party at school, he did get a whole bunch of candy but it was really fun!

HOG Huntin....

So Sunday I did something really cool that I thought that I would never do.....I went Hog Hunting. Along with the Husband, Micah and Brian I went HOG hunting this was a new experience for me all the way around. I have almost been every kind of hunting for this area of Arkansas except Turkey and Hog hunting. Now I am down to just Turkey hunting and I will have that under my belt before long. So we find the fresh hog track and let the dogs out......sniff...sniff some more....pee on every tree they see....sniff some more. Just just when I got to thinking this is going to take forever.....BAM I hear barking and a whole lot of squealing!!! YIKES I thought....So we run up to where the dogs are and they have a small hog caught. So the guys are pulling off the dogs which was not an easy chore and I am chashing a stupid dog trying to catch it but being that I am not his owner he won't let me touch him so they then say Haley hold this HOG.....and I said "Stupid Husband say what! and are you sure about that!" But I got over it and did what was needed, it was really funny to cause it was squealing and I was laughing cause it wanted away badly! Then I got to let it go and that little pig stood there for a moment and then it ran like a bolt of black lighting. Ahhhh the joys of Hunting!! I can truly say that was kinda fun. Then we load the dogs up and off we go again. More hog track so we let them out again, and the find some hogs but they have crossed water so we can't get to them except for wading to them. Finally they make them come across the water to us and man there were 3 big hogs. We could not get a shot of at them but man them hogs was BIG!!! Then we lost the dogs for like 3 hours- i finally told them I got to go home and get Drake. They found the dogs like 20 minutes after I left. So all and all I had a really fun time and I will be doing that again!

2. I hate that I love SWEETS...... cause I eat and eat and eat.

3. I might look like I weight 130 or less but that is so not true, its like 148 and proud of it!!!

4. I hate people that start talking shit about someone or something they know nothing about and then try to say they didn't say it.

5. I love to listen to people tell me that they wear a pant size smaller than me and they so weigh like 20 pounds more than me, that makes me giggle on the inside knowing it is so not true.

6. I love to Drink Beer and sit around a camp fire with just the guys cause they don't bitch near as much as girls and they are funny too!

7. I truly hate when your best Friend won't talk to you and you have no clue what you have done. Maybe they are just having PMS or they really hate me either way just

tell me I will leave you alone!

I swore that he would not sleep in my bed, but some nights I forget he is there until its 2AM and he is kicking me in the back. But most nights I put him in his bed after he goes to sleep and he is fine but for some odd reason he thinks he needs to go to sleep with me. I know who this kid loves the most ............................. ITS MY BED!!!!

Shopping...

So I have come to really dislike Christmas becasue of all the shopping that you have to do. I went to Wal Mart the other day just to get regular household stuff and was in the check out line for like 15 minutes. UGH!!!!! On any other month out of the year I would be checked out in like 2 minutes. So I have really hate shopping in stores at christmas time. So I thought about doing most of my shopping online this year and soon found out that I didn't like to cost of shipping so BACK to the stores I go. I have most all of Drake's christmas bought except for a few more things to finish him off. But I have not even started on GARY!! YIKES.... What do you get a man that gets what he wants all the time and has almost every fishing bait that there is to buy. So now I have to THINK of something to get him!! LOVELY this could take till christmas!!!!! Neways I will soon retrive my Camera from Gary's TRUCK and hopefully get yall some new pics of what has been going Down at the Beatty House!!
